dmCalls12 Reporting Problem Destination
If you experience a call with poor audio quality, please let us know and we may be able to improve the quality of future calls.
International call routing involves several different carriers, each of whom may experience quality issues. If we inform our downstream carriers of issues on certain routes, they can use alternative ones that may be better.
When reporting a call (email to support@dmclub.net), please include:
- Your dmCalls12 account number (eg. 0000-0123)
- The precise time it was made (eg. 14:32GMT on Monday 11th March 2013)
- The full destination number (eg. +27-1-123-1245)
- A description of the problem (eg. "intermittent audio from B-party to A-party*")
If you can identify it on your dmCalls12 control list of calls, then that's even better.
* A-Party is the person making the call (i.e. you), B-party is the person being called
