We are committed to protecting all information on our network through appropriate controls, and to being transparent about what data we hold and how we use it. We set out below privacy information in relation to the services we provide to you
The data we hold
- Registration information such as your name, email address, contact details
- Account setup data (divert settings, audio recordings of prompts, etc)
- Financial Records (orders and payments)
- Call Data Records (CallerID, Destination Number, Call Timings, low level signalling information, Call Events)
- Voicemail recordings and Fax images
- Call Recordings (only on accounts enabled for this)
- Support tickets
- Note that we have to retain certain data for a period in case it is needed for regulatory compliance
What we use the data for
- Account Management, including support and billing
- Statistical Analysis of accounts to aid management decisions
- Your own information - eg. looking at historical lists calls and financial transactions
- Compliance with regulatory authorities including the Police and Ofcom
- Prevention of fraud and non-compliance with our terms and conditions
Where we hold data
- On secure servers in EU (Germany and UK)
- On secure file servers in the UK office and GDPR compliant cloud-based backup and file storage services
- Some paper records in UK office (eg bank statements)
- Data only leaves the EU when phone calls are placed there to/from our customers and their correspondants
Access to Data
We collect information about you when you signed up for our service and when you use our service. We will not share this information with any other agencies or organisations, except where disclosure is required by law by Ofcom, or by any other relevant regulatory or governmental authority.
We aim to make all the data we hold on you accessible by you through our portal (dmClubhouse).
