In your dmConnect12 control panel select the option to send calls to dmAnswers "on no answer" when you don't answer them within a certain number of rings. |

You will be notified within seconds of the call finishing of the Caller, Caller Company, Call back number, and reason for the call. |
When you are busy let your calls go to dmAnswers, and check what the call was about on your email or SMS. Alternatively, use our FrontDesk* option for us to screen calls for you. |
