What you need to know
As of 01 July 2015, companies who provide 084/087 and 09 numbers for consumers to call them must include the Service Charges in any advertising and promotion of their 084/087 and 09 numbers. For example: “Calls to this number will cost 10p per minute plus your network access charge.”
There is some helpful information about what is and isn’t considered advertising and promotion here: (ie where the service charge does and doesn’t need to be displayed) http://www.cap.org.uk/Advertising-Codes/Non-Broadcast/CodeItem.aspx?cscid={88535d35-334f-423e-a56c-8ba7cc627118}#.VQF7zuHMfLU
If you are using 084/087 numbers yourselves, please can you make sure that you are displaying the charges appropriately. Where you have supplied numbers on to your clients, please can you pass this information on to them to ensure that they are complying with this requirement.

What you need to do
If you have an 0844, 0845, 0870 or 0871 number with dmClub, you must update your advertising and promotion material to include the service charge.
Find out which charge applies to you
To find out your service charge, it depends on the number range you have.
0844 478 xxxx: 5ppm
0845 686 xxxx: 5ppm
0845 020 xxxx: 7ppm
0870 446 xxxx: 5ppm
0870 080 xxxx: 13ppm
Exceptions
Both our 0871 tariffs have the same number range, 0871 218 xxxx, charged at either 10ppm (NOG=MAG/DM3) or 13ppm (NOG=TC1). Please email support@dmclub.net with details of your number to find out which service charge applies.
Clearly state the service charges wherever you advertise the number
Now that you know your service charge, this needs to be clearly stated. For example, if you have an 0845 number on NOG “DM3”, you can say “Calls to this number will cost 5p per minute plus your network access charge.”
