This is the home page for the Personal Switchboard of your dmConnect12 number
- Personal Switchboard is a cut-down version of our dmSwitchboard12 service
- It adds VoIP, voicemail, dmAnswers access and WebPhone to the dmConnect service.
- It also works with dmAnswers (our human answering service) to give your business a professional image - see #4110 for more details and #1097 for how to use it with dmConnect12
- You can also upgrade to the full dmSwitchboard12 product - just contact support
What the tabs in this control are for
The three tabs on this page let you manage different aspects of your personal switchboard.
General tab
Click this tab to:
- View the renewal status of your service
- Access your clubhouse (containing links to control other services, or buy new news, also WebPhone and VOIP phone setup)
Call Handling tab
Click this tab to manage your Call Handling Plan. This includes setting up the personal extension and providing access to the built-in WebPhone.
From this tab you can:
- View a Plan
- Create a Plan
- Edit a Plan
- Activate a Plan
Detailed instructions on how to set up and edit Plans
Call records tab
Click this tab to:
- View your call records, you can set your own 'From...' and To...' dates
- Download your call records
