Set up your voicemail message (OGM) for dmVoice

This has changed in 2020. It can now be done from the Web-based control. It's a little involved right now, and a simpler method is in the pipeline

1 Log in to the service control for dmVoice

2 Select the Service Call Log tab

3 At the bottom, there's a link to Fully Detailed Records. Click the link.

4 A new service control (for Personal Switchboard) should appear. Select the General tab

5 On the right hand side, there will be the Prompt Studio.

6 Select Extension 303 (Voicemail)

7 Ensure Prompt is OGM

8 Click the Recorder button

9 Get ready to speak your greeting and press Start

10 Speak your greeting and finish with Stop

11 You can listen to it with the play button (arrowhead icon)

12 If you're happy with it, press Save, then press Activate
