Keep track of your answering costs
We know how important it is that you keep track of your call and answering costs, so we have improved dmCalls12 call records to include dmAnswers14 calls and dmAnswers14 SMS messages.
View dmAnswers14 calls in the dmCalls12 call records
The call records can be found in your dmCalls12 service account, accessed via the dmCalls12 icon (1) in your clubhouse.
- Click on "Call Records" (2)
- Choose your desired date range and press "show" (3)
- Click "filters" (4) if you want to filter to only show dmAnswers14 (and/or dmAnswers 14 SMS messages)
- You can view each individual call duration and charge, and a total at the bottom (5)
View individual answer details
- For any answer, you can press the A button (1) to display a popup.
- This shows the message details (2)
- You can rate the call/message on a scale of 1-5 - just click the right amount of stars (please do rate the call, this is part of our ongoing quality monitoring.
- You can listen to the recording of the call (4)
