Inception
dmAnswers14 is a "next generation" version of dmAnswers (Classic) #4110. it is based upon:
- Traditional "Answering Service Companies" answering services features.
- Tight integration into dmClub's GenU telecoms services (dmConnect12 #0010 and dmSwitchboard12#5017), which offers more powerful features, better integration into the business, and significant cost savings.
- dmConsole, which is a real-time Smart-phone/Tablet and Web control, that allows you to set your preferences and see what is happenning in real-time.

The third release of dmAnswers14 not has Paks of Answers, allowing customers to have fixed prices calles, and is now available to all customers.

Version 1 June 2014 (An14v1-4bc Beta Commercial()
The dmAnswers14 system is now ready, and the answering Agents have passed their training to answer calls 24x7. Over the next weeks, early experience customers will receive a special launch rate, in exchange for polishing feedback. This feedback is an essential part of the service certification process, we aim to take the product to gold grade by the end of Jul2014.
Version 1 April 2014 (An14v1) Commercial Preview
This is the first release, there are lots of additional features that the GenU platform can support, but it's already very powerful, and has plenty of the usual "world firsts". Here are some of the features:
- FrontDesk: Our agents can greet your callers, route your calls, do basic informing, Screen your calls according to your Availability and Instructions.
- MessageDesk: Our agents can take messages, according to your preferences.
- MessageNotication: Once we have taken your message, we can instantly email and SMS up to 3 accounts of each type of your choice.
- Integration with Cn12 and SB12: fully integrated, means easier to setup, smarter, quicker and more economic
- dmConsole: which is a real-time Smart-phone/Tablet and Web control, that allows you to set your preferences and see what is happenning in real-time.
- Preferences: you can control our FrontDesk and Message desk with your own preferences.
- PA-Desk: Your agent can take simple instructions from you, on how you would like to have your preferences set, in the future this feature may be expanded.

The product is available for friendly testing and training, it has the following limitations, and all suggestions and observations are most welcome:
- Not 24x7, only 08:00 to 18:00 UK working days.
- Beta grade reliability.
- Development environment, there may be changes, and short suspensions of service.
- Pretty "engineering grade" commercial copy, diagrams, icons and videos.
Roadmap (as of mon28apr14)
dmClub intend to retire dmAnswers (Classic) and migrate all customers who require answering services to dmAnswers14.
Version 2 is planned during 2014, with the option of having contracts for customers who would like to lock in a discount price.
