General tips
The key thing here is to be specific - if a call seems more expensive than it should be, give us the start date and time of the call in question. Make sure you know what service and what tariff the number is on.
Common areas of confusion on call costing (and this affects many telecoms services, not just ours!) include:
- The fact that outbound calls/call forwarding attracts any cost at all
- Minimum call charge
- Rounding
- Connection charges

I made a payment of £33.50 on 23rd March, paying by Paypal.
Paypal sent me a receipt ( Paypal transaction ID: 6RD13156GW5704452 ) indicating that the transaction was successful, but the funds aren’t appearing in my clubhouse balance. I think there’s been a glitch. Please help.
