Plans |  |
You create a plan in your dmSwitchboard12 control. The plan essentially describes your business's telephony requirements in terms of extensions. |

Activator | |
This is the part of the system that activates the plan. When you activate the plan, it is deployed to a series of servers around our system. There is a Cloud-Based Server that is allocated to host your dmSwitchboard12. As calls arrive it handles them using the plan |

AnyTalk | |
dmSwitchboard12 can put calls through to VOIP (SIP) phones, PSTN phones and our own WebPhone. Functionality is the same on all types of phone where possible (eg. you can do an attended transfer just as easily from a PSTN phone as a SIP handset) |

Reception extension |

An extension that answers the phone and offers the caller a list of teams to choose from (also allows entry of a particular extension if known) |
