Advanced Fee Fraud: what to do

Q: I have received a letter asking me to pay money into the Digital Mail bank account. What should I do?

A: Please follow these instructions:

1: If you do not have telephony services with Digital Mail / dmClub do not pay money into our bank account. Digital Mail never asks anyone for payment for anything other than telephony services.

2: Notify Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040. Please visit their website www.actionfraud.police.uk if you would like further information. Plaese include in your report that you have notified us.

3: Notify us because we want to weed out crooks from our honest customer base, and ensure that our services are not used for fraudulent purposes.
