Automatic Service Upgrades

We are improving your services by upgrading to a newer platform

Automatic Service Upgrades are the way in which your GenU service accounts are managed for upgrades and improved reliability.

It is supposed to be a customer-friendly and transparent way to optimise our services with the minimum of customer downtime.

This unique feature can also be used to relocate where services are hosted quickly in the event of network and third party carrier issues.

Upgrade Indicators appear in your clubhouse next to the service in question

Blue  

Blue indicates that the upgrade is in the future

 
Orange

Orange indicates an imminent or in progress upgrade

 
Green

Green indicates that the upgrade has been done

 
Red

Red means that the upgrade didn't work*

*This is not necessarily anything to worry about, but you can email support@dmclub.net to report this.
