Call Records
To view your call records, just use the drop-down fields to set the start and end dates between which you want to view call records.
Then:
- Click SHOW to display the call records in your dmSwitchboard12 Control panel.
- Click DOWNLOAD to download a list of the calls to a .CSV file (ideal for importing to a spreadsheet)
- Group by Day - Check this box if you want the data totalled by day
Call record fields explained
The calls are displayed in a table. The following information is provided for each call:
