Options for OGMs
There are several ways in which you can set up the outgoing message of your dmSwitchboard12/Connect12
1) Use the "TTS Robot" option
This is the default, created automatically by our system (eg. "Sorry, Bill Williams is not available. Please leave a message after the tone")
2) Use Ad-hoc recording on Voicemail extension 901
See #1100 Setting up Voicemail in dmConnect12 for an example of how to do this.
You can record up to 6 different greetings and then switch between them.
3) Use the Prompt Recording Studio extension 903
See #XXXX for an example of this in action
This will take you through a session where you record your own voice prompts - including OGMs
4) Set up prompts on an external resources server (WebDAV)
See #XXXX for more details on this
The "prompts manifest" includes a slot for OGMs for all extensions that might need them.
