Technical Overview
You can setup an AutoPay Mandate from your dmClub Accounts (AJL). This will enable a monthy automatic Payment from your Bank via Direct Debit to your dmClub account.
The direct debit is setup online, and you can control the mandate from dmClub > Accounts > AutoPay
Each month you receive a notification email, which explains how much will be transfered and when, and how we calculated the payment.
About one week later we will transfer the payment from your Bank to your dmClub Account, and then confirm the successful transfer by email.
If you wish to pay by alternate means you can notify us prior to the transfer date, and we will suspend (AJL cancel) the Direct Debit Payment.
Customers can set a safety margin so that if they have a surge in traffic there will still be enough credit in their account before the next AutoPay credits their account.

What if I get an unexpected surge of traffic that is more than my SafetyMargin?
dmAccounts has an Alert feature, which will warn you if the account level trips below this. We recommend that the safety margin is above the First Alert levels, so that you do not get false alarms. You can then liaise with support on how you want to deal with it.
What if I would like to have a bigger/smaller payment one month?
Contact support before the Freeze date, and they will arrange it with you.
How can I be sure that your estimates are ethical?
We show you the workings (that's why there is so much detail after the summary), so that you can be confident that we are handling your funds prudently.
